1. 服务概述
紫微研究（FateZiwei 紫微斗数文化研究平台，以下简称「本平台」）基于传统历法与 公有领域典籍（《紫微斗数全书》《紫微斗数全集》《骨髓赋》等）及倪海厦《天纪》教学体系， 提供命盘排盘、规则解读、AI 辅助解读、古籍研读等文化研究服务。本平台所有内容仅供学习参考与娱乐体验，不构成医疗、法律、投资、心理咨询或人生重大决策建议。
2. 用户行为规范
使用本平台即表示您同意：
- 仅出于合法、个人学习参考目的使用本平台；
- 提交的出生信息由您自行确保真实有效，因信息错误导致的解读偏差不属平台责任；
- 不利用本平台内容进行封建迷信活动牟利，不传播解读内容用于商业销售；
- 不进行扰乱平台正常运行的行为（撞库、刷接口、恶意占用计算资源等）。
3. 知识产权与禁止条款 · 反爬反训练
本平台的命理解读文本、格局知识库、星曜与合盘语料、古籍整理成果、UI 设计、 算法整合方案，均为本平台原创或经合法整理（部分内容基于 MIT 等宽松许可的开源项目二次开发并保留其许可声明）。
严格禁止以下行为，违者平台保留追究法律责任并要求赔偿的权利：
- 通过爬虫、自动化脚本、批量调用 API 等任何技术手段抓取本平台内容；
- 将本平台生成的命盘解读、知识文本、API 响应数据用于训练任何机器学习模型（含但不限于大语言模型、命理生成模型、文本生成模型）；
- 将本平台生成内容转售、发布到其他网站、APP、自媒体账号；
- 反编译、复制本平台前后端实现并以「自营」方式提供同类服务。
违规复制与模型训练行为可通过文本指纹等技术手段检测追溯。 一经发现，平台有权要求立即停止侵害、赔偿损失，并保留向法院提起诉讼的权利。
4. 免责声明
本平台命理内容基于传统文化知识整理，不保证 100% 准确。 传统命理认为命运受天、地、人三才共同影响，本平台输出仅作为认识自我的参考， 使用者应理性看待，不应过度依赖任何单一命理判断。
因使用本平台内容产生的任何后果（包括但不限于决策失误、心理影响、关系变化等），本平台不承担法律责任。
5. 账号与虚拟商品
- 本平台使用谱志史主站统一账号（手机号/微信授权登录）；
- 点数等虚拟商品的定价、有效期与使用规则以页面公示为准；
- 虚拟商品一经充值或消耗，除法律法规另有规定外不支持退款。
6. 服务变更与终止
本平台保留随时调整、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利。重大变更将以站内公告方式通知用户。
7. 法律适用与争议解决
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。若发生争议，双方应友好协商； 协商不成的，提交本平台运营主体所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

1. Service Overview
FateZiwei is a cultural study platform built on traditional Chinese calendar systems and public-domain classics, offering charting tools, rule-based interpretations, automated readings, and classics study. All content is for cultural study and entertainment purposes only, and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice, nor any prediction or promise about the future.
2. User Conduct
- Use the platform lawfully, for personal study and reference only;
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you submit;
- Do not resell platform content or use it for commercial exploitation;
- Do not disrupt the service (credential stuffing, API abuse, resource exhaustion).
3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Scraping
Reading texts, knowledge bases, corpora, curated classics, UI design, and algorithms are original works of the platform (some parts built on MIT-licensed open source with attribution preserved). Strictly prohibited: scraping or automated bulk access; using platform content to train any machine learning model; republishing generated content; reimplementing the service as a competing product. Violations may be traced via text fingerprinting and pursued legally.
4. Disclaimer
Readings are generated interpretations and may contain errors — accuracy is not guaranteed. Treat all content as one reference for self-understanding, never as the sole basis for major life decisions. The platform assumes no legal liability for consequences arising from use of the content.
5. Accounts & Virtual Goods
- Accounts are provided via the platform's unified sign-in (phone / email / Google / WeChat);
- Pricing, validity, and usage rules of virtual goods are as published on the purchase pages;
- Virtual goods are non-refundable once activated, except as required by law — see our Refund Policy for exceptions (failed generations are automatically refunded in full).
6. Service Changes & Termination
We may adjust, suspend, or terminate parts of the service; material changes will be announced on-site.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent court at the platform operator's domicile.
